The Members' Dining Room In the heart of The Club You will find paintings of Derby and Oaks winning thoroughbreds hanging proudly from the walls which were painted by Bavarian artist Emil Adam and commissioned by Members of The Jockey Club. The long Dining Room has a high ceiling with Georgian chandeliers. The room is hung with silk wallpaper and is home to the second-longest dining table in the UK outside of Windsor Castle. It is antique mahogany and seats up to 42 people. This room underwent a transformative refurbishment in 2013 which has only added to its elegance. The Dining Room can host meetings for up to 130 people, or dining for up to 70. The Room has a large bay window overlooking the terrace and lawn, with access to the Morning Room next door.
